CheckoutAfter completing your return details on our online returns portal, simply download your QR code.
Visit the InPost website to search for your nearest locker.
Securely package the products you are returning and make your way to your chosen locker.
Scan the QR code (that you downloaded from our online returns portal) once you arrive at the locker.
Put your parcel inside and close the door.
The parcel is then collected by the courier, a label is printed and applied to the parcel.
Tracking information will become available once your parcel has been collected from it's locker, your tracking reference can be located below your QR code.
